Haozhe "Harry" Wang

Dr. Haozhe "Harry" Wang is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University, where he has been a faculty member since 2023. His research focuses on AI for nanofabrication and atomic layer engineering of electronic materials.

Dr. Wang earned his Ph.D. from MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2020, followed by a postdoctoral position at MIT's Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics through 2021. He then served as a KNI Prize Postdoctoral Fellow at the California Institute of Technology before joining Duke.

He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals including Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics, Matter, and ACS Nano. His contributions have been recognized through several prestigious honors, including the NSF CAREER Award, the KNI Prize Postdoctoral Fellowship, and the MRS Communications Early Career Distinguished Presenter Award.
